Let’s Co began with a simple realisation — that the moments of true progress in innovation, marketing, and strategy always came through facilitation.
After three decades in senior roles across agrifood, sustainability, and brand strategy, I discovered that what made my heart sing wasn’t the plans, products, or presentations — it was the people. I loved connecting ideas, perspectives, and dots; seeing lightbulb moments spark between unlikely partners; watching trust turn into shared action.
That joy of connection filled my cup and energised me. It was the spark that led me to create the Sustainable Innovation Company in 2019 — a platform to help industries and organisations collaborate with courage and clarity.
During the COVID years, the demand for skilled, independent facilitation grew rapidly. I found myself running online strategy and innovation sessions across continents — proof that human connection can thrive anywhere, even through a screen. As the world reopened, those conversations shifted from virtual to hybrid to in-person again — and the power of facilitation only deepened.
By 2025, it was clear that the work had outgrown its original name. What began as a company had evolved into a network of co-facilitators who shared the same purpose: to create better, together.
That evolution became Let’s Co. Network — a collective of people with both skin and passion in the game, dedicated to giving the world facilitators who lead with empathy, structure, and imagination.
Today, Let’s Co. stands for more than facilitation. It stands for connection — between people, ideas, and impact. It’s a reminder that progress doesn’t happen alone. It happens when we choose to listen, to collaborate, and to co-create.
Because when we facilitate with intent and heart — we don’t just make better things. We make things better.
