Independent strategic facilitation for organisations, industries, and communities.
Our network of co-facilitators
Let’s Co. Network is a collective of strategic co-facilitators who help diverse groups find clarity, build trust, and co-design solutions that stick.
Founded in 2019 by Jacqueline Wilson-Smith, Let’s Co. began life as the Sustainable Innovation Company — affectionately known as SIC. Born just before COVID-19, SIC quickly became a trusted partner for online strategy, innovation, and sustainability workshops around the world.
Through the pandemic years, these workshops evolved — from fully online to hybrid, and then back to face-to-face collaboration.
By 2025, the business had matured into a genuine network of facilitators. The new trading name, Let’s Co. Network, was launched to reflect that evolution — a collective of partners with both skin and passion in the game of co-facilitation.
Jacqueline was soon joined by co-facilitators Josh Fielding, Ellie O’Hara, and Ananya Alagh — professionals united by a shared desire to create better together: to make better things, and to make things better — always together.
When collaboration matters and the stakes are high, Let’s Co. Network brings the structure, creativity, and momentum to move forward together.
Our work spans focused strategy sessions through to large-scale, cross-sector co-design projects — always independent, inclusive, and designed for real-world impact.
